Day 1: Hanoi Arrival 
( Hanoi ) 

Upon Arrival, you will be greeted by local guide and transfer to hotel for check in. After a short break, you take the orientation tour of the center Hanoi, walking around the guild streets in the Old Quarter of Hanoi, the Opera House. Have dinner in local restaurant. Overnight in Hanoi 

Day 2: Hanoi City 
( Hanoi ) 

After having breakfast, driver & tour guide pick you up at your hotel and start your full day city tour by visiting Ho Chi Minh Complex consisted of Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum (closed Monday and Friday year-round and throughout September to November), Ba Dinh square, Presidential Palace (Outside Only), Uncle Ho’s House on stilt, One pillar pagoda. Then visit Quan Thanh Temple which is one of the Four Guards of Old Thang Long (Old name of Hanoi City) and is an important historical and cultural relic. Have lunch at local restaurant and then visit the Temple of Literature - Vietnam's first university, was built in 1076. Throughout its hundreds of years of activity in the feudal, thousands of Vietnamese scholars graduated from this university. And sightseeing Hoan Kiem Lake (The Lake of the Restored Sword) included Thap But (Pencil Tower), Dai Nghien (Ink Pot) and specially Ngoc Son (Jade Mountain) Temple sat on an island at the North end of Hoan Kiem Lake and is connected to the mainland by a bright red The Huc (Morning Sunlight) Bridge. Dinner at local restaurant and enjoy a performance of the renowned Water Puppet Theatre — an ancient Vietnamese form of entertainment, which enables the puppeteers to control their active marionettes by levers hidden under the water. Water puppet skits generally enact ancient folklore and legends that are rural in origin, and the theme of water is often present, as it defines so much of Vietnam’s landscape. Overnight in Hanoi 

Day 3: Hanoi-Halong Bay 
( Ha Long Bay Hanoi ) 

After having a breakfast at your hotel, drive through green rice paddy fields to Ha Long Bay where is located in East Hanoi about 170 kilometers (approximate 3,5 hours). You will board a sailing junk for a cruise amongst hundreds of islets of Ha Long Bay. Enjoy a seafood lunch and a swim (if weather permits) before visiting a grotto of gigantic stalactites and stalagmites. Drop anchor in the late evening for an overnight stay amongst the dramatic limestone peaks rising out of the sea. Overnight on Junk 

Day 4: Halong Bay-Hue 
( Ha Long Bay Hue ) 

Start the day early to enjoy a Tai Chi class on top deck with an opportunity to admit the magnificent scenery of sunrise over the sea. Deep cruise into Bai Tu Long bay, passing Peal Farm, Phao Dai islet, Tam Cung cave, Hon Xep islet , Dau Moi temple while joining our chef for cooking demonstration to learn more about Vietnamese cuisine art. Opportunity to cruise through famous L’Indochine movie site (subject to tide condition). Enjoy buffet brunch on board before arrival to the dock. Driver is awaiting for you there and transfer directly to the airport for the flight to Hue. Pick up and transfer to your hotel. Overnight at hotel in Hue 

Day 5: Hue City tour 
( Hue ) 

After breakfast, you board a private boat for cruising on the romantic Perfume River, visit Lady Pagoda (Thien Mu Pagoda), the ornate Minh Mang's tomb. After that, you explore this fabulous city - the former capital of Vietnam (1802 -1945 under Nguyen Dynasty). You start with a visit to the Citadel, containing the Imperial City and the Forbidden Purple City, the Emperor's private residence. The Imperial City, created in the 19th century and modeled on the Forbidden City in Beijing. There are many palaces and temples inside. You also visit the vibrant Dong Ba Riverside market. Overnight at hotel in Hue 

Day 6: Hue-Danang-Hoi An Ancient town 
( Da Nang Hoian Hue ) 

Leave Hue for Hoi An, you will travel over the Hai Van pass, stop in Danang for a visit to the Cham Museum which displays approximately 300 sculptures, among which some are made from terracotta from the period between the 5th and 15th centuries. The works were collected from Cham temples and towers throughout Central Vietnam, more specifically the area stretching from Quang Binh to Binh Thuan. All the sculptures are displayed in ten showrooms named after where the pieces were discovered. Then drive to Hoi An and you will check into our hotel and have some free time to explore. Overnight at hotel in Hoian 

Day 7: Hoi An Ancient town 
( Hoian ) 

Today, we have a half day walking tour of Hoi An Ancient Town. Once known as Faifo, the UNESCO designated World Heritage town of Hoi An was one of the Orient’s major trading ports in the 16th and 17th centuries. Despite the passing of years and the ravages of weather and war, the centre of Hoi An remains much the same as it did in its heyday. The town is undoubtedly one of the highlights of any visit to Vietnam with the laid-back atmosphere and the fine colonial architecture lining cobbled streets offering a glimpse of times gone-by. 

Day 8: Hoi An-Danang-Saigon 
( Da Nang Ho Chi Minh Hoian ) 

Drive to Marble Mountain, also referred to as Ngu Hanh Son or Mountains of the Five Elements, consist of five marble mountains: Thuy Son (water) which is the highest, Moc Son (wood), Kim Son (metal), Tho Son (soil), and Hoa Son (fire). Climb Thuy Son (Water) by the stone stairs and enjoy the panoramic view of the nearby countryside, and visit Huyen Khong cave before entering Tam Thai and Linh Ung pagodas. Rest at the foot of the mountain, where you can visit Non Nuoc stone village, where the local skillful sculptors create many marble products which are exported to many countries worldwide. Have lunch at local restaurant before transfer to airport for fight to Sai Gon. Upon arrival, transfer to hotel by private car and free at leisure. Overnight in Sai Gon 

Day 9: Saigon 
( Ho Chi Minh ) 

Saigon is modern life city where you can see the meeting of traditional and understand more their way of life. The emerging modern skyline stands cheek by jowl with colonial buildings and traditional temples. Outside on the streets, young professionals zip by on motorbike, chatting on cellphones; inside the quiet temple courtyards, worshippers pray amidst clouds of incense. Take full day walk around to visit the neo-Romanesque Notre Dame Cathedral, Central Post Office. Strolling along Dong Khoi street, formerly known as the Rue Catinat, the main shopping thoroughfare and heart of old colonial Saigon, passing by classic European-style landmarks such as the ornate City Hall (Hotel De Ville), the old Opera House (both may only be viewed from the outside); the Reunification Palace where the South finally fell to North Vietnamese troops in 1975; War Remnant Museum which comprehensively documents the travails of the long Vietnam- American War. Inside are detailed photographic exhibitions; outside is a collection of tanks, planes and weapons. A powerful experience, this museum is guaranteed to provoke strong emotions. China Town (Cholon). The sprawling, densely packed Cholon retains a traditional Asian feeling, unlike the more modern Saigon city center. Explore the highlights of this fascinating area, beginning with a visit to Thien Hau Temple, build by the Cantonese congregation and dedicated to the heavenly goddess. Continue to visit Binh Tay Market, the vast wholesale market selling every kind of good from dried foods to T shirts to electronics. Drive back to the hotel. Overnight in Saigon 

Day 10: Saigon-Cu Chi Tunnel-Cao Dai Temple 
( Cu Chi Ho Chi Minh ) 

After having a breakfast, drive to the famous Cu Chi tunnels - an incredible underground tunnel network constructed by Vietnamese resistance fighters during the long struggle for independence. The tunnels, over 250km in length and up to three levels deep in places, played a huge part in the Viet Cong’s victory over the Americans, allowing them to control a large rural area surrounding Ho Chi Minh City. Today, some of the remaining tunnels have been opened to tourists, offering a unique insight into what underground life must have been like during the ‘American’ war. Lunch at local restaurant. Continue on to one of the countries more unusual sites. Upon arrival, you’d be forgiven for thinking you were at a Vietnamese Disney Land - The Great Cao Dai Holy See Temple is the home of the popular Cao Dai Religion where all the major faiths of the world blend together to form this unique religion. Drive back to your hotel. Overnight in Saigon 

Day 11: Saigon-Ben Tre 
( Ben Tre Ho Chi Minh ) 

After having a breakfast at your hotel, you will be met by your guide at your hotel and depart Saigon City for a scenic morning drive through the Mekong Delta. At My Tho, take a boat to an orchard garden. Enjoy a brief walk on the island, trying some tropical fruits grown in the region. Boat a long green and empty creek before experience horse cart. Stop at local family to visit bee farm. Sipping Vietnamese tea mixed with bee honey and lemons. Enjoy the Mekong beauty and quietness when rowing sampan through narrow water coconut- creek. After lunch at local restaurant, visit a family-run business making coconut candies. Before returning to My Tho, visit the 150 year old Vinh Trang Pagoda combines Vietnamese Khmer and French architecture which reflects the religion and history of the land. Drive back to Saigon for shopping at Cholon (Big Market) or Binh Tay Market and have dinner at local restaurant. Overnight in Saigon 

Day 12: Saigon-Departure 
( Ho Chi Minh ) 

Free at your leisure today until transfer to Tan Son Nhat airport for your flight homeward to Nepal

Even the casual historian will question some of the displays in this controversial museum depicting the horrors of the Vietnam conflict, but it’s worth a visit.

If you plan to see the water puppets show at Golden Dragon Water Puppet Theatre in Ho Chi Minh, plan ahead and get your tickets the day you get there as the performance hall is small with limited seats which get booked much in advance by tour agents.

Temple of Literature

This temple is the oldest university in Vietnam, constructed in 1076. Five courtyards include beautiful gardens, walls inscribed with the names of scholars, several altars and a small museum.

Lake of the Restored Sword

Centrally located in the city, Hoan Kiem Lake serves as a massive home base, and provides endless people-watching and recreational opportunities on the edge of the Old Quarter.

Halong Bay

Ha Long Bay is located in the northeast corner of Viet Nam, 165 km from Ha Noi. In the Province of Quang Ninh. Ha Long Bay covers an area of 1,553 km2 with 1,969 islands, of which 90% are limestone islands.

Bai Tu Long Bay

Occupying three-quarters of the Halong Bay area, Bai Tu Long Bay is one of the three triangular peaks of the World Natural Heritage.Bai Tu Long Bay is different from the rest of the World Natural Heritage.

Sung Sot Cave

Situated in the centre of the UNESCO-declared World Heritage area, the Sung Sôt or Surprise Grotto is on Bo Hòn Island, and is one of the finest and widest grottoes of Ha Long Bay.

Dau Go Cave

Dau Go Cave (the Cave of Wooden Stakes) is 7km or 30 minutes boat trip from the shore. Dau Go Cave is believed to have been the place where General Tran Hung Dao hid weapons in the war against the invaders in the 13th century A.D.
